BillTrade provides GST billing and invoicing software, including invoice creation, customer and inventory management, payment tracking, reporting, and optional encrypted backups to your own Google Drive. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including tax laws.

3. Plans & payment

Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; by purchasing, you also agree to the gateway's terms.

4. Refunds & cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that data. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. While BillTrade offers backup features, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [Your city, State].
